about
Finally outside, to a landing, and not a moment too soon. Once your eyes adjust to the returning sunlight, and your heart settles down to a more sustainable pace, you can appreciate the view - you've never seen the tree or the city beneath it from such a distance. The light, dim as the end of day approaches, is a further shade of grey due to the thick stream of spores. The sight is so immense that you don't notice the young woman at work around you until she starts picking at your clothes to remove bits of spore fragments. She mixes them with cave mud from her boots, and spreads that mixture out on a rock to dry. After a short time she flakes off some of the dried mixture and sniffs it to investigate. Satisfied, she approaches you quickly and removes your mask - you barely have time to hold your breath, but she draws on your temples and above your upper lip with her finger, and a feeling that begins as panic immediately subsides into something totally unfamiliar, but not unwelcome. She draws in the same places on her own face, and immediately her body begins to flicker, like the immense rocks of the borne. I look down and see my arms are flickering similarly, as though my body is lighter, like the spores which float through the air. The woman gathers the rest of the dried, powdered mixture into a vial just in time - then comes an awesome gust of wind...
An extremely high quality debut combining some melancholic DS melodies, some nice layers of synth texture, and well-implemented percussion. Mystal Tree

I met Fogweaver through Vedurnan and, later, Magelight. This more energetic take on their music is wonderful and exciting, a compelling twist bearing their unique signature. emanuele127
